Returns

We want you to love your purchase from CRoss & Cloth boutique. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume stains
With original tags still attached

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance or sale items
Gift cards

How to Start a Return:
To request a return or exchange, please email us at [your email address] with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if your return is approved.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us directly.

Delays:

We are unable to accept returns on certain items such as perfume, anything that has been worn, opened, and used.
